AI Architect in Residence: a dedicated AI architect for your company.
An ongoing service for SMEs that want to introduce artificial intelligence into real processes without hiring an internal AI department. Analysis, roadmap, AI agents, RAG, automation, training and cloud or on-premise infrastructure, with a sustainable monthly allocation of hours.
Ergoware AIR
AI Architect in Residence
Process analysis
Flows, departments, software, data and priorities.
AI Agents
Progressive design and development.
RAG and data
Queryable and controlled company sources.
Cloud / on premise
Mixed infrastructure based on use and budget.
It is not spot consulting and it is not body rental: it is ongoing, design-oriented and operational AI support.

AIR is designed for companies that want to bring AI into real processes without immediately creating an internal department. The video introduces the operating model, while the PDF summarizes the offer, method, monthly plans and evaluation criteria.
Introductory video
A quick overview of the service and its value for SMEs.
Downloadable PDF
The complete commercial presentation to share internally.
Companies want to use AI, but often do not know where to start.
The tools exist, but without method they risk becoming isolated experiments: a few prompts, a demo, a cloud subscription, initial enthusiasm and then little real integration into processes.
There is no roadmap
It is not clear which activities to automate, which agents to build and which results to measure.
Software systems are different
Each company uses CRM, management systems, sheets, cloud, databases and procedures in a specific way.
Privacy and data create friction
Documents, sensitive data, NDAs and internal policies require correct technical choices.
Costs must be governed
APIs, tokens, storage, cloud, servers and maintenance must fit into a sustainable plan.
First we assess the company, then we build the agentic infrastructure.
The initial phase is always paid because it produces a real output: analysis, priorities, roadmap and an estimate of the correct hours. If the company activates the ongoing service, the cost of the initial check can be deducted from the contract.
AI Readiness Check
Paid initial analysis of processes, software, data, people, constraints and opportunities. The cost is deducted if the full service is activated.
Agentic roadmap
Definition of priorities: which AI agents to create, which automation to introduce, which RAG systems to develop and which risks to govern.
Monthly support
A fixed allocation of 8 to 40 hours per month to design, develop, train, document and evolve the system.
Continuous evolution
Agents and flows are refined based on results, feedback, new LLM versions and company changes.
Useful AI starts from reading real work.
Before proposing an agent or infrastructure, we need to understand how the company works: where errors arise, where time is lost, which information is decisive and which tools must remain central.
Processes and departments
Sales, administration, operations, marketing, customer care, management.
Software and integrations
CRM, ERP, management systems, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, databases, APIs.
Data and documents
PDFs, contracts, manuals, email, sheets, reports, archives and procedures.
IT infrastructure
Cloud, servers, storage, backups, security, access and computing power.
Constraints and governance
Privacy, NDAs, roles, permissions, supervision, audits and logs.
Costs and sustainability
APIs, tokens, cloud, local models, servers, licences and maintenance.
A real company-level agentic infrastructure: strategic, technical and operational.
The service can include strategy, development and training, but always within a clear roadmap. Work is not handled as random requests: it is driven by priorities, impact and sustainability.
AI Agents
Operational assistants, vertical agents and supervised agentic workflows.
Company RAG systems
Systems that query documents, procedures and internal knowledge bases.
Automation
Document flows, reports, email, dashboards, alerts and recurring processes.
Cloud / on premise
Design of mixed infrastructure based on data, privacy, costs and workloads.
Dashboards and analysis
Business analytics, monitoring, management reports and flow analysis.
Integrations
Connections to business tools, APIs, Drive, Sheets, Gmail and databases.
Training
Practical training to make the team autonomous in the correct use of AI.
Documentation
PRDs, roadmap, procedures, prompt library, operational rules and governance.
A clear monthly allocation of hours, proportionate to the company's size.
The service is designed for six-month or annual contracts. The reference hourly rate is €90/h, but it is presented as a monthly plan to make the budget predictable. In special cases or more complex contracts, the allocation can exceed 40 hours per month.
8 hours/month
720 €
To start with analysis, priorities, small prototypes, targeted training and light supervision.
16 hours/month
1.440 €
For SMEs that want to move from roadmap to prototypes, simple agents, RAG and progressive automation.
24 hours/month
2.160 €
For companies with multiple departments, data, documents and flows to turn into operational AI tools.
40 hours/month
3.600 €
For complex contexts that require near-internal support, continuous development and stronger governance.
What is not automatically included
Software licences, API costs, token consumption, cloud costs, hardware, servers, storage, physical travel, unforeseen system maintenance and extra development beyond the agreed hours are estimated separately.
Onsite and remote work
The service can be remote, onsite or hybrid. Physical presence is scheduled when it is genuinely useful: initial analysis, workshops, training, operational meetings or delicate project phases.
Not generic consulting: an internal AI capability that grows month by month.
The goal is to leave the company with a more mature structure: roadmap, tools, agents, skills, procedures and a smarter way to manage work, data and decisions.
Clear direction
The company knows what to do, in which order and with which priorities.
Real tools
Agents and automation are built around daily work.
Trained people
The team understands how to use, control and evolve AI.
Do you want to understand how many hours your company needs?
Fill in the form: the first step is to understand industry, size, software used, critical areas and desired level of support. From there we decide whether to start with an AI Readiness Check and which monthly plan makes sense.
